Wow! Look at that tile! There is a little space invader hidden in it, I'll make sure to take a pic of that and post it soon.

Stove

Well, after looking around for awhile, I was able to find a really really (really) cool commercial stove. This thing weighs 1000 lbs and took 5 people to move it. This Wolf stove has 6 burners, a 24" griddle and 2 ovens. I'm really going to have to start working on my cooking skillz. I think this thing will rock for dinner parties and such. Rock!

Super Mario is my Bro

Mario, the floor guy, is the coolest floor guy ever. Words, (and even the pictures I need to take and post) don't do the newly refinished hardwood floors justice. Let me tell you, the place looks amazing now. The floors really brought this thing to life.

March Madness

Lots of new stuff going on. The mosaic tile in the master bathroom is almost done. Kelly "The Tile Lady" (ya, that's really the name of her business) is doing a really good job. The lighting is looking really good. I wanted to wait til I got all of my furniture in the place before making any lighting decisions. Speaking of furniture, I'm getting it all from mod livin', and boy is it going to be hot. Mario, the floor guy, started sanding and sealing the floors yesterday, they look AMAZING. They are 1.5" oak and are actually Pica (my dog) colored which is really unique. I got my kitchen cabinets and fridge and dishwasher in last week. I'm still looking for a cool stainless commercial range, if anyone has any ideas, hook me up. Things are really coming along, we should be having a grand opening really soon.

O man! This rules!

Well, I haven't posted in a while because pictures of more framing just aren't that exciting. Well kids, I now have pics of the place with drywall up (and even tile in the bathrooms!)

I went on a electrical fixture shopping spree yesterday and got some lights for the place. So HOT!

Lots of stuff...no new pictures

Yo! Sorry for the lack of posts recently. Everything is still going full steam ahead, just don't have any new-super-impressive pictures to post. So, on to the recent developments:

Rough electrical got city signoff
Rough mechanical is pretty much done
Plumbing looks darn far along to me
Insulation installation has begun
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are framed and look awesome
Roomates (James and Wymond) have been found (they rock)
Tons of furniture has been picked out from Mod Livin'

Hmm...ya... I think that might be it for now. As soon as inulation and drywall is up I'll take more pictures.

Whoa!

Wow, so much has been done since I last posted. Plumbing and electrical have both been started. Framing everywhere is basically done. HVAC is going in right now. I'll take new pics tomorrow morning and post them ASAP. Man this is cool!

Walls

We put up some walls today. Woo hoo! These are totally rough, so if anything looks crooked...it probably is. That will all be fixed soon enough. Oh! I forgot to take pictures of my cabinets. They are too cool. We went and ripped them out of an old 50's kitchen. They are white metal. How cool is that. I'll get some pics of them before I get them painted.
